Have You Heard of the Coffee Flavored ICEE?

Have You Heard of the Coffee Flavored ICEE?

Coffee is everywhere these days, and one of the latest introductions is from ICEE. I am sure that you remember ICEE from your childhood, which was always the fun drink to have for any summer day. To be honest, I am still a fan of slurpies myself, and now that there is a Java flavor, you better believe that I am on board!

Traditionally, ICEEs are normally in some wild color, like red or blue, with a complimentary blueberry or cherry flavor. These are also drinks that you can get at the movies, and I am happy that they have made a new addition to their repertoire by adding a choice called the Java Freeze. ICEE has been supplying beverages to the food industry for years on end, and you may be familiar with their work at many a 7-11. Currently, Starbucks is one of the hugest coffee chains on the rise, which makes coffee on the go a very popular beverage to be had.

This is precisely why ICEE teamed up to create this type of drink, which gives them a little corner on the convenient Java market. Starbucks does offer frozen coffee drinks known as frappuccinos, but they don’t necessarily have them dispensed from a huge machine within a gas station or at a movie theater.

ICEE has developed two new flavors for the North American market, and they are working with the company Javo Beverage to provide these wonderful coffee treats. This company already dispenses many iced coffee beverages, which is why they wanted to create a specialty treat only to be manufactured through ICEE. ICEE provides a cost effective type of option to this convenient coffee service, and it also allows the Javo Beverage company to be a part of the production.

The first two flavors to be introduced are mocha latte and caramel latte.

These sound like delicious options, and you will be able to find them through any location that already retails ICEE drinks! Again, this seems to be along the same theme as McDonald’s starting to market their own the cafe beverages to compete with Starbucks during this economic crisis. Spending five dollars per day on a cappuccino may not seem like a big deal, but it truly does add up. This is precisely why McDonald’s and Starbucks were in a mini coffee sales war to see who could gain the corner on the market of coffee to go.

I personally have my money on ICEE because I think that their idea is perfect for a convenient and cool treat. Not to mention the fact that these types of beverages are very cost effective because you can get them for just a few dollars at a gas station or other location that sells ICEEs. My prediction is that this is going to be a very popular trend which may even rival Starbucks. It is already a fact that Starbucks is on shaky ground since so many people are looking for more convenient and cost effective fast coffee choices.

Gourmet Flavored Coffee – What You May Not Know

I love coffee. Gourmet flavoured coffee is one of my favourite types. In fact, everything about coffee interests me, ranging from coffee mugs, coffee candy to coffee gifts. Among those, gourmet coffee is the most interesting. Below are some reasons for this.

The Wide Varieties

There is absolutely no shortage of different flavors of gourmet coffee. The online store where I buy most of my coffee has these flavors: amaretto, almond, butterscotch cream, butter rum, cherry cobbler, cherry bomb, chocolate cherry, chocolate almond, chocolate marshmallow, chocolate Irish Cream, chocolate raspberry, chocolate mint, orange, cinnamon hazelnut, pumpkin spice, orange, vanilla nut, vanilla almond, etc., etc., etc. I have only tried a fraction of all these go types of gourmet coffee.

How It is Made

Obviously, coffee beans can’t be grown with all these different flavors.

Gourmet flavored coffee begins with a base like Colombia Supremo, to which pure flavors are added. There are no sugars or chemical additives in this flavored coffee. The end result of this process is a wonderfully delicious coffee, so delicious that flavored coffee can become addictive. With so many flavors to choose from, you will never become bored when drinking coffee of gourmet favor.

The Best Way to Brew

Like all types of coffee, coffee of gourmet favor will taste better when it’s brewed correctly. Start by keeping all your coffee brewing equipment as clean as possible. Coffee residue, especially flavored coffee residue, can leave later pots of coffee tasting funny.

I make a practice of cleaning all of my coffee brewing equipment each time I make coffee.

Water is another important factor in brewing a great cup of coffee. Be sure to use filtered cold water so that the gourmet flavor is not masked. For really fresh flavor, start with coffee beans and grind them yourself. The coffee will stay fresh longer. Each time you make a pot of coffee, measure and grind just the amount you need. I think you’ll agree that freshly ground gourmet flavored coffee can’t be beat.

24 Count K-cup Flavored Coffee Sampler

24 Count K-cup Flavored Coffee Sampler

  • Start your Mornings Right with this 24 Count of Flavored Coffee!
  • Works with Keurig single serve brewers
  • The quick, simple, and no mess way to get a fresh cup of coffee!
  • Try new flavors without committing to a whole box!

Plain coffee is great, but every now and then I need a nut, vanilla, or chocolate – pure, heavenly chocolate with my coffee. If you agree, then this is for you.

This is a variety of flavored coffee for brewers that use the Keurig K-Cup system. There will be 24 K-cups in total. This variety sampler includes only flavored caffeinated coffee. A minimum of 8 different flavors will be included. We select 20 or more flavors of k-cups (some from
the list below, some not), mix them together and randomly pull 24 for the package and typically see between 8 and 16 different types
in bags we sample. Due to the mixing method, the result is random and
the count of each type is also random. You may get 2 of 12 different
types, or 7 of 1 type and 1 of 17 others.

We select different boxes and flavors every time we
order to make sure the varieties stay unique and random — which is part of
the fun. Coffee roasters are always discontinuing
flavors and adding new ones which we try to get and add as soon as
they are available to us, so the list below is not exact but we try to update
when major changes occur. Most people receive a few of the listed
K-cup types, but occasionally one won’t because of the random selection
method.

We repackage k-cups into a new bag. We use a recyclable and compostable bag that is
eco-friendly.

Possible Flavors:

Donut House – Cinnamon Roll, Chocolate Glazed Donut

Green Mountain Coffee – French Vanilla, Hazelnut, Rain Forest Nut, Pumpkin Spice, Southern Pecan, Mocha Nut Fudge, Carmel Vanilla Creme, Wild Mountain Blueberry

Gloria Jean’s – Mudslide, Swiss Chocolate Almond, Hazelnut, Butter Toffee

Van Houtte – Chocolate Raspberry Truffle, Vanilla Cupcake, Pecan Praline, Belgian Chocolate, Creme Brulee, Butterscotch, Macadamia Nut Cookie

Wolfgang Puck – Creme Caramel, Hawaiian Hazelnut, Jamaica Me Crazy
